Yes - but you need to accustom it to outdoors first, especially hot sunlight, so stand it somewhere shady to start with. The only trouble is, depending on your USDA zone, its not a hardy plant - likes temperatures above 12 deg C, prefers around 20 deg C. You can nip of small side growths that aren't flowering as cuttings and try to root them, then you can still have a plant or two indoors till they get too big again. It's a Coleus by the way - I know its changed its name in the last couple of years, can't remember what the new one is, but you'll find it under Coleus if you want to look it up.
