I have an asparagus bed of some three years and my plants have devastated by what I believe are Asparagus beetle larvae. There are virtually no leaves left on the plants. I have sprayed them with bug car but I suspect too late. Have I lost the plants fir future crops?

probably not as the crowns will more than likely survive. they may send up new shoots later in the year too. but don't harvest them let the plant recover its strength.
