I have a lovely salvia neon that I planted two years ago. It is now tall and straggly I will have to prune it at some point but I don't know when. It always flowers from May to September and looks wonderful. Should I feed it? I would be grateful for advice!

I prune all my woody salvias in spring...end of march time. I don't prune them too much though, just enough to shape them and keep them in control
