My potted hydrangea as developed huge early growth but the leaves are looking a little greeny yellowish veiny Iam thinking deficiency rather than anything else?

Cannot send photo at moment,last year it was a six inch plant pur,chased at garden center it is now a-bout a foot high with spread,trying a tree ,shrub fertliser after repotting. Thanks,would have replied sooner but waited for further comments
