Thank you very much to @Badfish and @Bamboo for naming this pretty shrub. I am glad that we know that its a Halimiocistus Ingwersenii and the Common name: Ingwersenii Rock rose.

It looks like an alpine Phlox douglasii White Admiral but don't hold me to it!
