this question's a bit too broad - what precisely are you asking? Are you growing in pots or the ground? Are they already planted or not?

Basic information: in pots, use a pot a bit bigger than the one they came in, with a good potting compost, plant and water. Feed with a rose food, clip off spent flowers, keep well watered, spray fortnightly with a systemic fungicide and insecticide. Same in the ground really.
