Honeysuckle is a tough rambler. Insufficient sun is a big reason for not flowering. I can usually smell it from the back wall.

Like you Greentoe my honey suckle doesn't flower. I only get flowers when it reaches the top of my climbing Rose. Mine must be at least fifty years old. I have tried everything and now given up. It grows all over my woodland garden. Could be lack of sun. Heh! Hoh! I am interested in your replies.
