Hi, wlcome to GoY, you don't say whereabouts in the U S A you are, if you're in a cold area you will not be able to plant them together, garden pinks are hardy Dianthus, while Lampranthus is a frost tender perennial succulent, which needs a minimum winter temperature of 45f, Derek.
