Hi, I had my connifers cut down and the stumps removed last year and now have a 3 foot boarder that I want to turf to blend in with the existing lawn. Can I use top soil to bring the border in line with the existing lawn so there will not be a dip? Thanks

yes but give it time to settle before you turf it, or else make sure you firm it down yourself.
