I would like to know is it ok to move my Lavanders now or is it too late.

As long as you take a good chunk of soil with each plant you will be fine. mine are only just starting to put on growth now.

Now is an OK time to move Lavender. Only time it is best not to is when it is they are in flower and during summer.

I moved 7 yesterday from clay soil which they did not like.
Made a Lavender hedge hopefully to attract butterflies.
Dug a hole for each, and lined with recycled compost.
Will keep watered for a while until they look happy
and start to make new flowering growth.
