where is the best place in the garden for the following in relation to 'sunny area' or 'shaded area'?
Beetroot
Parsley
Dwarf French Beans
Onion
Lettuce
Sweetcorn
Kohlrabi
love-in-a-mist
Rhubarb

They all prefer sunny. The rhubarb is the most tolerant and will stand an amount of partial shade for some of the day.
If you are growing it from seed it will be several years before it is big enough to use any.
Love in a mist is more usually grown in the flower border than the veg patch, but again it prefers full sun.
Sweetcorn is best grown in a block rather than a row.
