i have shreaded a lot of hedges and privit ,can i use this as a compost,in my greenhouse, and for making my mushroom compost???

No. You need to 'compost' it until its turned into what looks like crumbly, usually blackish, soil, and even then, unless you've produced it using an aerobic, hot composting system, it won't be useful for potting compost. If you just put it in a pile somewhere and leave it to rot down on its own, that's 'cold' composting, and it won't generate enough heat to kill off any pathogens present.
