Hi,
I have received a freebie viburnum bod dawn with a recent order. I think it's going to be too big for my back garden.
My question is: can I grow it in a pot over the wall of my front garden?
Wall is roughly 4 feet/1 m high. Quite a sunny aspect even in winter.

Hi Angela and welcome to GoY. I don't think your Viburnum × bodnantense 'Dawn' would be happy in a pot for very long it wants to grow to 2 metres in height with a canopy spread of 1 metre. It would be okay for a few years but would then need to go into the ground.
