When I lived in Spain my Aloe Vera grew outside and I would just feed it with Levington Liquid Tomorite.

However, in the UK It was a house/conservatory plant and would just feed it with Baby Bio. I wish I had one now as they are such wonderful succulents. I sacrificed my plant to a friend who had the most terrible sunburn.
