How can I remove the grass that grows up in my lithodora bed without constantly weeding.

If it's a creeping rhizome type grass you will have to lift the Lithodora and treat the grass with a herbicide I'm afraid. Autumn/Fall will be the best time. Make sure that all the rhizomes are out of the rootball of the Lithodora.
There used to be a great product in the UK about 20 years ago that only killed grass and left everything else. Sadly, this has been long taken off the market. You might have it over in the States though. I would ask around.
