Can anyone tell me what this is. It has 2 different type leaves, both types are definitely on the same plant.

the slender leaf looks like Heleborous foetida as it appears to come from a slender yellower stem and the brighter green one up through the middle reminds me of an Arum macculatum. When you say they are the same plant have you looked at where they come from at ground level?
the reason I ask is that I often plant bulbs under other plants and then their leaves emerge it does look they are one plant with 2 foliages.
is this what it looks like now?
