I have planted Philadelphus cor Aureus since last 3 years. The plant gets bigger but it does not flower at all. Can you please let me know why this is?

Have you pruned it? If so you may have been cutting off the flowering stems. If it needs pruning it should be done immediately after flowering, before much of the current years growth appears.
