will I get a true colour if I save the seeds of F1 flowers seeds

And sizes, shapes, etc. Sometimes very interesting, but not often as large and showy as the original F1 plants.

if you save seed from F1 hybrids it will not come true to the parent. This is because the F1 hybrid is created by crossing two stable seed lines. So the simple answer is, no, you could end up with all sorts of colours.
