i have a gooseberry bush have had it for two years last year i planted it in the garden but all the leaves got eaten and didnt flower so i replanted in a large pot the leaves have grown back but still hasnt fruited any body got any help

I would plant it back in the garden and try to see what's eating the leaves. Whatever bug it is - remove them or spray them and let it get its roots down. It will flower/fruit when its happy. Mulch around it well and give a flower feed or a handful of potash in spring.
