I planted a Cedrus Atlantica glauca pendula last November and it seemed to be doing well however I've just noticed that the needles are all falling off and are a brownish colour.Has my tree died or is there anything I can do?Please help!

New trees need lots of water and we had quite a hot dry spell. When you water if its warm and dry I'd water it overhead to soak the branches, but never when its in full sun or later in the evening

It might have died for whatever the reason. I would leave it be and wait until next spring to see if it undergoes a rejuvenation.
