I bought three varieties of potatoes to grow in the bags provided. Plenty of foliage but no flowers, not many potatoes under the first bag

It's a bit early for them to be ready as yet, wait another month to six weeks!

Ensure they get plenty of sun. Also if you can grow them in the ground or make up your own bigger bags - or layer them in a dustbin, you will get more crops. They are quite greedy for food and water - so give them the space and they will reward you with tubers!
