Hi, could anyone tell me what this plant is please? I planted it three years ago with lots of other shrubs but it hasn't yet flowered yet. I'm wondering is it Philadelphus?

I've just had a look Derek and leaves do look similar. I suppose I'll just have to hope it will one day flower and I might find out what it is.

Looks a bit like Weigelia to me. Not sure which one, there are several pinky shades.
