My six year old Victoria Plum tree has dropped dozens of plums up to the size
of an olive. I have seen a pidgeon in the tree three times, but this has not happened before. Any ideas?

It is natural for the tree to drop some of the fruits if there are too many in order to grow the rest to full size.
