Hi all.I have previously posted regarding fushia leaves going yellow

West Yorkshire, United Kingdom Gb

Hi all.
I have previously posted regarding fushia leaves going yellow, traveling up the stem. I have sprayed them with what I think was right ( 3 in 1 spray). The plants have loads of flowers but hardly any leaves. The same problem has affected the other plants in the garden, should I dig up and destroy them or keep picking leaves off and continue spraying? 3 in 1 kills aphids controls fungus prevents further attacks .Leaves go yellow and fall off
Fushia planted 2 years ago,apple tree 3 years,clematis 10years all in garden.
Not given any feed

Isn't three in one spray a lubricant like WD 40?

This is one of those occasions when a photo or two would be extremely useful. Failing that, lots more info please - how long have these yellowing plants been planted, what are the other plants that are suffering yellowing/falling leaves, are they all in the ground or in pots, have you been watering regularly, if you're feeding, what with and how often?
