I have 2 potted taxus bacatta, north facing. I have had them in this location for 3 years. They were both flourishing up until this year. Now one of them has gradually lost colour and has turned brown. I am watering daily but it doesn't seem to be reviving?

If they're still in the same pots as 3 years ago, they may be rootbound - turn out of the pot and check. It may be too late for the one that's gone brown, but you might be able to spare the other one from the same fate by potting up into something larger.
