My Arum lilies have flowered and the white heads have now turned brown but the stems are still lovely and straight. Do I cut the heads or leave them please ?

I usually cut of the entire stem when removing the dead flowers on these. Follow it right down to the base. The plant will soon fill any gap that it has left.
