Would anyone have any idea what is causing this rot on the leaf of the spinach. As you see in the photo. I would be most grateful if someone could answer my question

hi john is the leaves trailing on the soil.

Thanks Kennyboy You could be right they were trailing on the ground when I transplanted them, but that was only for about a week . Sorry for taking so long to answer trying to stay away from the computer with the good weather.
