Holes in broad bean leaves ,black things on leaves,not blight,then what,need organic remedy please.bo

What sort of black things? Broad beans are subject to black fly which usually clusters near the top. The remedy is to pinch out the tops. But I've not seen them make holes int he leaves. Would a photo help?
