why have I got loads of lush green foliage on my oriental poppies but no sign of buds or flowers. - it has done this before - I have three clumps

Hi, I have noticed with these, that they tend to flower when they're ready, sometimes early in the season, sometimes later, out of interest, how long have you had them?, Derek.
