Hi Redd and welcome to GoY. Is you question about actual grape vines or something different? Actual grape vines are not suitable for growing in pots as they need a long root run.

At a push you could grow a grapevine in a large pot and maybe train it as a standard. Two vines in the same pot would not be a good idea as there wont be enough room for the roots.

I don't want to push another forum but it may pay you to read up on grapevine tree growing on e-HOW.
It is very comprehensive and appears to be a big thing in the USA.
