Akebia quinata (bit slow in its first year, but then romps away), Passiflora varieties. Both are likely to remain evergreen in the temperatures there, unless you're in a bit that gets cold in winter.

Try Araujia Sericifera - very fast, mine grows about 3m in a year and then I cut it back in the winter. In the UK it has survived outside for several years, so should be good in Portugal
