I have a old magnolia tree about 20 years old I think, last year it had a good display of flowers than really poor leaves, this year I have had no flowers at all and I'm not sure how the leaves are doing yet but not looking too healthy. Could someone tell me what is wrong and what I can do.

Sounds as tho' it exhausted itself last year with all those flowers. I'm not sure of the life span & whether a good feed would help. I expect some other GoY member will have some better advice
