Does anyone know what this plant is, its growing in my friends garden and we would like to identify if possible. Its evergreen and quite hardy, no flowers noticed, it has roots (not a bulb).
Any help appreciated!

Its spurge Chapman or to give it its proper name Euphorbia Lathyris a bienniel that can be invasive gets quite tall to around 1.5m, sap like all euphorbias is irritant so be careful when handling it, I've been pulling some up just this morning gets everywhere here.
