Sorry, Mandj, but the only references to "fargle" I can find are rather rude, so I don't know what shape you are talking about. Fertile Hippeastrum seed is an irregular, plump, black, lozenge to tablet shape. Particularly flat, flaky ones aren't likely to be fertile. I would plant them about 1/4 inch deep in African Violet mix, and mist them heavily twice a day until they sprout--about 2-4 weeks. Keep them in bright indirect light to morning sun from the day you see green. The seedlings will look like grass seedlings the first year, and will need frequent light feedings starting about 2 weeks from germination. By late November, they should have leaves 6-8 in. long, and 1/4-1/2 in. wide, with a marble-sized bulb, and be ready to move to their first 4 in. pots. They may go briefly dormant in winter, or they may continue to grow--especially if they are H. papilio. It will take 2-4 years more growth before they decide to flower, and I have had a few hybrids never flower, although they are multiplying like rabbits! Good luck, and welcome to GoY!
