Welcome, Kenz!
If it's the single variety, cut flowers last about 4-7 days. The double kind lasts up to 3 weeks in water, depending on the temperature. The number of flowers you can take depend on the variety and the size of the plant. In good conditions, a mature single-flowering plant will produce about 10 bloom clusters a week per square meter of surface area. The double variety produces about a third as many. Excess shade, bad weather, poor soil, pests, and other problems will reduce that, of course.
