Ive got a medlar tree,in my garden I actually grew it from a stone[ I ate one when in Spain about 15 years ago ,saved the stone , brought back and planted ] NOW after potting it on after a few years it has become a lovely plant 5ft high..IT has never bore fruit though.I will put a picture of it on my page ....so keep checking ? [ if I can , that is ]

We have one, it flowers beautifully every year, but the fruit is disgusting to our taste. And before you all jump on the bandwagon, we did leave it to blet and we tried every recipe for various things to do with it and they all tasted vile. Still a nice addition to the garden though.
