More info needed, did you:
Plant new bulbs last year?
Or last year did you dead head, feed and leave the leaves six weeks before lifting or cutting off?

We've had a lot of questions on blind daffodils this year. As Drc says do not remove the leaves but allow to die back naturally and water once a week with half strength liquid tomato feed, this will help to build the bulb up.
