Is this a butterfly bush? If yes, would it be worth while pruning as it doesn't look that healthy?

You're welcome. You could always tidy it up a bit by snipping off the dead flowers and any dead 'bits' in the meantime.

Most people call a Buddleja a 'Butterfly tree' but this isn't a buddleja, I think it looks more like a hebe. You can prune them, but normally a bit later in the year.
