I have turned out the rest of my composts bins. Some of it is well rotted and looks like compost should!! the rest of it is half decomposed. If I just level it out, Chuck plastic over it do you think it will be ready to accept my potted plants in 2 weeks??? Can not face doing any more now my back is killing me!!. Oops! Didn't think of that possibility. Well, some other source of protein that's not animal based. I know! Cottonseed meal! No, wait.... : D

I'd sprinkle some eathworm castings and alfalfa meal over it and water it in before covering it, Great. That should speed up the decomposition a bit. Pinholes for air penetration will probably help, too.
