Hi, I find that Lavender does very well in containers, the root system is long and deep, so you have to choose a big pot. Make sure that you have sufficient drainage, by using drainage stones, well rotted organic matter, etc.Water regularly especially in the hot summer months, so that the pot doesn't dry out.Feeding varies, I tend to feed every six weeks or so, lavenders really don't need too much care.Hope this helps.
