Rhododendrons, azaleas, in fact any of the ericacious plants or shrubs. So galtheria, pieris, heaters, conifers... Then mecanopsis, trilliums, erithroniums, daphne, saxifrages, sedums, sempervivums, hellibores, arisaemas, all the dwarf bulbs, clematis, crinodendron, cardiocrinum, cyclamen, japanese acers. That should be enough to get you started.
