I'd pack them in a box of slightly damp compost or wrap them in slightly dampened newspaper and plant them as soon as you can when you've actually moved. Don't forget to check them for vine weevil before you pack them!
I received mine last week and planted them in pots in the cold greenhouse, but some people don't plant them until early spring.
