Rosa Rugosa seeds what to do next ...

I have collected the seeds and have them soaking in water , what do I do next dry them off or plant straight away , and in trays pots or open ground ??

Any advice appreciated

I 'd pop the seed into pots of free draining compost, cover the seed with grit/perlite/vermiculite and put them out side down the side of a wall/coldframe/cold greenhouse. I find they germinate really well this way.

All sown , and covered with grit ...
