Please can any one tell me the right time to plant out
(can can pansy) in hanging baskets the are only small plug plants yet :-( to small at the moment!!

Pansies do quite well in the cold and frosty weather, especially in my hanging baskets.

Can you grow them on to a more suitable size and try to harden them off? Then once they're large plants, as long as it's not freezing outside, they can be planted out. They're pretty hardy.
