Answers
Thorny ones (berberis, hawthorn, blackthorn) around the borders might deter moggies.
Personally I'd try growing 'Venus cat trap' or triffids!

Realistically none, cats will mess in your garden if you have bare soil... if your soil is covered by grit or bark (not the composted bark) or the ground is well planted up you will have little problem with cats.
