Thank you. They are fairly small bushes so I think I'll move them now.

I'd wait until the leaves have fallen, and also do a preliminary prune of they are mature enough, to make handling them easier.

October/November is a good time to move gooseberries but it may be easier to take cuttings if they are large bushes. Good luck.
