lily beetles.
Not a question just for information.
Managed to do some gardening today. Just to let you know lily beetles are still around feeding on seed pods. I suspect they are this years newbies from the grubs I didn't manage to get rid of in the summer.

So far I have never seen them, though I understand that they are moving north. I have seen a few small Vine Weevils this week sitting in the sun, so certainly a lot of pests are still out an about, esp caterpillars and Sawfly!
