I have a forest flame in the garden of my new house it is quite big but is in a very dark corner can i move it and when would be the best time to do it

When you say it is 'quite big', how big? As they're relatively slow growing, if its over 4 feet wide and tall, then its probably been in the same spot some years, which means the roots will be widespread, and any attempt to move it may kill it. Note that the Pieris forrestii varieties do prefer shady conditions anyway.
