I need to find a fast growing evergreen climber to make a wind break that will protect my acer which is at the end of a wind tunnel going straight on to a shaded part of my small rear garden. The tree has been moved several times and seems fairly happy now - except for a struggling leafless branch caused by last winter's weather I think. Advice would be much appreciated

On the Beechgrove Garden on Thursday night they were planting up a windbreak for a couple.
First wooden plants were posted then attached to fence was mesh netting.
They used something like this then planted plants in front for windbreak protection.
