1. Current legislation means it is illegal for you to apply any chemicals to public ground, and anything an ordinary punter can buy off the shelf won't do the job you want.
2. You can use Verdone lawn weedkiller on its own - but it won't do the lawn much good if you never use a feed afterwards.
